Shaun Winn has worked in marketing and advertising for the past 12 years. He spent 3 years working in the Special Programs/Marketing area at the International Humanitarian Relief Organization World Vision in Seattle, Washington. His time with World Vision included work with their teen program 30 Hour Famine. From there, Shaun moved to Texas to work for Teen Mania Ministries. He spent 8 years marketing their national youth conferences - Acquire the Fire and BattleCry; their missions program - Global Expeditions; and their post high-school internship program - Honor Academy. Each year at Teen Mania Shaun traveled to 30+ conferences across the U.S. and Canada and spoke to thousands of teenagers and youth workers.
In 2007 Shaun left Teen Mania and founded The Winn Group. The Winn Group specializes in helping cause-centric and religious organizations reach their full marketing potential. The Winn Group has been recognized with several awards over the years including Addy Awards (at the regional, district, and national level), PIA Awards, and has been recognized by the DSVC.
Shaun currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife of 10 years and their daughter.

With a fierce appetite for media production, Lance Hart stands as one of the creatives on The Winn Group Team. With years of experience of production with student ministries, youth groups, adult ministries (including Integrity Music, Dare2Share, and Teen Mania Ministries to name a few) Lance believes that it is paramount for today’s church to be affluent in effective creative communications. Armed with abilities in graphic design, audio and radio production, live events, photography, video production, and web design – he’s ready to take on whatever form of communication you need.
Lance has been happily married for 2 ½ years and currently lives in Tyler, TX where he enjoys playing an active role in the creative ministries and the praise team of his local church.

Jennifer Winn
Jennifer has worked in the Event Services Industry for 12 years. She spent 7 years working as the Event Logistics Manager for Acquire the Fire and BattleCry, a national youth conference tour to 30 cities across the United States and Canada. In 2006, Jennifer left Acquire the Fire to start her company, Winn Events, and has been planning meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and events across North America every since. Winn Events clients include: the religious market, entertainment industry, non-profit industry, medical industry, and educational industry, just to name a few.
Christina Johnson is The Winn Group’s and Winn Events’ Administrative Assistant supporting many facets of both organizations.
Prior to joining our team, Christina held positions as an office manager and executive assistant within the software development and online, interactive marketing industries.
When she’s not managing calendars, arranging travel, or researching, Christina can be found playing an active role in her children’s PTA and volunteering with children at her church. And when Christina’s children, pets, and husband aren’t keeping her busy she might be found reading a non-fiction, auto-biography or history novel.

With 35+ years of manufacturing experience, John has learned the many facets of both the plastic injection molding and metal forming industry.
His accomplishments include:

30+ years of studying and teaching the design and build-out of plastic injection molds, as well as progressive dies for the metal forming industry (Including: medical, electronics, and automotive)

John is Six Sigma (Black Belt) certified. He has formal training in Lean Manufacturing, 5-S, and SMED (Single minute exchange of dies).

John has traveled extensively throughout North America, Asia, and Europe to perform supplier audits and tool performance reviews. Most recently, John lived in China and served as the Assistant General Manager of a Chinese manufacturing company. During his time at the company he made improvements in: communication, process flow, tool exchange (SMED) , 5-S, and overall quality. One of his major accomplishments was the improvement of their manufacturing process leading to shorter lead times, and ultimately giving their customers a better experience with lower costs.

Jeremy Smith
With a passion to communicate and a penchant for marketing and sales, Jeremy Smith serves as the Account Manager for The Winn Group. Acting as the liaison between the business and the customer, his job is to assure that The Winn Group continually exceeds client expectations.
Jeremy brings vast experience from a successful tenure in the health care industry as a sales and marketing professional. He has also served with Teen Mania Ministries and pioneered multiple ministry initiatives at the local church level.
Jeremy, a southern at heart, now resides in Lafayette, Indiana with his wife, Kirsten and their five-year-old son, Peyton, and three-year-old daughter, Parker. When not in the office, you can find him sipping sweet tea, catching up on the latest world news or reading non-fiction—in that order.

Beth DeLemos has had an extended career committed to non-profit development, promotion, governance and leadership. As a former executive pastor, she has had the opportunity to serve with various faith based organizations and pioneered multiple ministry initiatives at the local church level.
With a passion for service and a unique ability to relate to customer needs, Beth will serve as a liaison between The Winn Group and it’s customer in the role of Account Manager.
Beth and her husband Sam and their dog Tilly reside in South Bend, Indiana. Go Irish!
